Curator, born in 1963 in Berlin; high school degree in 1982, later diverse activities in the social field; 1986–1988 study of orchestral music at The Liszt School of Music Weimar (trombone); 1988–1989 guest lecturer at the Humboldt University in Berlin for arts history, aesthetics and philosophy. In 1990 study of music sciences / sociology at the TU Berlin.

 

From 1991 freelance work on projects as: curator, producer, stage manager, PR manager, and organization managemer. Co-working at several different festivals, galleries, museums, theatres, and foundations. Since 1996 curator and project manager at “singuhr – hoergalerie”, Berlin.

Since 2000 member of festival management at „INVENTIONEN 2000/02/04/06/08/12“, BERLIN. 2005–2007 member oft he artistic leadership of the Medienkunstlabor TESLA in Berlin. Since 2008 cofounder and member of ohrenstrand.net, Netzwerk Neue Musik. 2008 cofounder of RESONANCE – European Network for Sound Art, promoted by the European Commision. 2009 founder of DOCK-Berlin – Produktions-Backbone in the cross-sector between art, media and science. Since 2009 publisher of diverse publications: singuhr 1996–2006 / tesla / Paul DeMarinis / Gordon Monahan and others. Since 2010 curator and project manager of bonn hoeren, Citysound Artists Bonn. 2011 artistic leader at Sound Exchange – Enclaves of Experimental Music in Central – East Europe (untill 2012).
